Custom Day/Night Length
This is a simple mod to customise the length of each in-game day and night. Defaults to double the standard day length.
Installation (manual)
To do this manually, do the following
- Extract the archive into a folder. Do not extract into the game folder.
- Move the contents of CustomDayNight_GHVR folder into \steamapps\common\Green Hell VR\BepInEx\plugins.
Configuration
By default, Green Hell VR has a day length of 20 minutes, and a night length of 10. This mod uses a base day length of 40 minutes, with the standard 10 minute night.
Upon first launch with the mod installed, a configuration file will be created as \steamapps\common\Green Hell VR\BepInEx\config\CustomDayNight.cfg. This file can be modified with a text editor to customise the day/night length.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- Most mods rely on the game's mod loader — the usual route is a community mod manager (such as r2modman): pick this game, install, and it handles the loader and dependencies.
- For a manual install, put the mod files into the matching Mod / plugins folder inside the game directory.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; mods with listed dependencies need those installed as well.
Install locations vary a lot between mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
