Find the game installation folder and go there: boot-->data-->video (so the path will look like: "\streamapps\common\greedfall\boot\data\video"
Extract the 2 video files in the zip file to the video folder, replacing both files at the same time (the original files can be backed up to another location if needed).
Just like that, the logo screen now only takes 1 second instead of 14 seconds. I could have shortened it by 0.5 seconds, but for some reason this caused the problem to occur below 1 second.
