Makes the early game easier and the scaling harder for late game

Balance Changes

Increased round timer: 5:00 --> 7:30
Extra tickets: Increased max tickets from over quota to 50 (All days)
New reroll logic: When the shop is rerolled it rolls all slots even if bought out
Shared upgrades: Upgrades are shared between all players (Divided)
Gambler's Confidence: 50% divided to all players (Min: 12.5%)
Insurance: 25% divided to all players (Min: 10%)
Bonus Draw: 15% divided to all players (Min: 7.5%)
Stakeholder: 50% to all players
Upgrade Jackpots: 1/250 chance for an upgrade to give 10x value
New Quota system: Fixed quota increases:
Quota Consumption: You pay the quota and lose the money each day.

Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
