Volvo VNX Road Truck Package

Beautiful improvements based on the top-of-the-line road trucks included with the FS22 Platinum Expansion Pack.

A road truck module with rich animations such as doors, seat belts, and suspension animations. The model and basic parameters come from Volvo VNX in the official Platinum expansion pack. Players do not need to purchase the Platinum expansion pack to use this module. This module includes one 3-axle and 4-axle tractor, and a truck that needs to be used with other interchangeable cargo bed modules (the latter is under the miscellaneous category in the store).

Features:

The quality of the official model textures is unquestionable. I used modeling software to transplant the body model to reconstruct the gap between the door and the cockpit, and create the door window animation. I also disassembled the suspension model into dozens of components and assembled them one by one before writing the activity constraint code. I was fortunate enough to obtain an airbag model with skeletal weights from another trailer module, and realized a real airbag suspension animation. The millstone of the semi-trailer saddle is also independent of the chassis and can fit the bottom of the semi-trailer to swing.

In the cockpit, both the driver's seat and the passenger's seat are equipped with airbag suspension and optimized to enhance the player's first-person riding experience. Fog lights have been added to the bumper, and shadow rendering has been added to the headlights. Supports the interactive control of the module **Interactive Control** and the on-board computer GPS mini-map function of the **Real GPS Mod** (must be used with the module **Interactive Control**), and supports the passenger function of the **Kubota DLC** or module **Kubota Pack**.

Small details, after the vehicle starts the engine, the body will vibrate slightly, and the player will automatically buckle their seat belt after entering the vehicle, while the seat belt of the passenger seat can only be controlled by the driver through **Interactive Control**.

Operation tips:

In car light control, F is only used to switch the high and low beams of the car. The work lights can only be controlled through the keypad **5** and **6**, while the fog lights are controlled through **Ctrl F**.

This improved module is a true rear-wheel drive (the official original car is an all-wheel drive that goes against reality), and now its suspension is softer and the driving experience is more comfortable.

Key point: The physical parameters of this module are adjusted close to reality. Therefore, if it is driven in combination with a semi-trailer whose physical parameters are too deviated from reality, it may cause serious lack of front wheel grip of the tractor or be pushed by the trailer.

In this regard, players can adjust the front and rear positions of the tractor's saddle (controlled by the middle mouse button) to alleviate the above problems. If the problem is still too serious, players can use this semi-trailer KrampeSKS30/1050 as a benchmark reference to compare other semi-trailers they use to see if there are too serious performance tuning distortions (such as the trailer's center of mass position is too far back, the trailer tire friction parameter ratio is too large, etc.).
