About this mod Machine translation
Land available for lease
Don’t have enough money to buy new land? Then rent it!
For leasing, you only pay a one-time payment of 20% of the regular price of the land and then pay daily rent of 3% of the original price.
After installation and enablement, you can find this feature in the GlobalCompany menu
There you can also buy or sell a piece of land or end a lease (at no additional cost)
IMPORTANT: Rented land can be sold in the in-game menu. Therefore, you should pay attention to what is sold there.
Note: Mod can only be used with GlobalCompany!

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
