Aid Sorting
About this mod Machine translation
Remember Adaptation and Better Sequencing and Valdici's Item Sequencing from previous Bethesda titles?
This mod adds tag prefixes to help Fallout 76's item names, just like the previously mentioned mods. It uses translation files to accomplish this task. This makes it easier to find alcohol for your party boy, or cosmetics for your chemical addict. I usually sort my AID menu into spoil, your non-spoilt foods will appear under the sorted items, then spoiled foods, and then uncontaminated foods. I also highly recommend installing the Better Inventory mod for Registrator2000 to help with even more inventory management.

This mod adds tags prefixed to aid item names for Fallout 76, just like the aforementioned mods. It uses translation files to accomplish this. This makes it much easier to find alcohol for your party boy, or chems for your chem addict. I typically leave my AID menu sorted by spoil, and your non-spoiling food items will appear below sorted items, then spoiled food, to unspoiled food. I also highly recommend installing Registrator2000's Better Inventory mod to assist more with inventory management.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
