MEIOU and taxation
MEIOU与税务
About this mod Machine translation
The description is being updated, please be patient. We are very excited to release preliminary beta versions of MEIOU and EUV taxation to the Steam Workshop.
This initial version is neither complete nor entirely bug-free, but we feel it is stable, fun, and brings significant changes to the player experience compared to the original, making it worthy of a public beta release.
The mod was originally released only on Discord, but we are now expanding to Steam.
However, if you want to report a bug or contact the team, please visit our Discord (discord.gg/meiouandtaxes). We’re a small team and can’t be everywhere at the same time. We also release this mod on Steam, but we can't be reached here if there is any feedback or support.

In the meantime, if you need help or share feedback, use Discord and select the EU5 tester role.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
