Bureaucracy is for everyone
官僚机构适合所有人
About this mod Machine translation
This is my first mod released for Europa Universalis V!
Game version: 1.2.*
describe:
Bureaucracy for Everyone expands on the administrative aspects of Europa Universalis V, shaping the way your country is governed with a universal bureaucracy. Build a stronger nation through fiscal records, archives, local administration, maritime supervision, recruiting offices, noble administration, trade administration, legal administration, and more.
This mod aims to make bureaucracy an important part of a country's governance, with each system pushing your country in a different direction. Some bureaucracies enhance taxation, management, and governance, while others improve migration, trade, cultural management, military organization, or relations with local powers that support your rule.
What does it add?
- Provides two advancements for countries without bureaucracy. One that enables bureaucracy after researching organized religion, and another that adds a bureaucratic position in the 4th century.
- About 10 common bureaucracies.
The goal is to implement a more flavorful and immersive bureaucracy. But that's all for now.
- Currently localized in English.
There is no balance in these bureaucracies, so if you feel any changes are needed, please let me know. Feel free to share any bureaucracies with modifiers you wish to include, either for each country or for a specific country.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
