The final monthly integration progress is determined by multiplying several factors:
Base: if next to integration/core (or in a province with 1 sea zone difference)
x proximity
x cultural perspective
x religious tolerance
x Global integration speed regulator (e.g. technology)
x Regional integration technology provides additional multiplier (currently 3x)
Relying on the base bee next to the core/integration causes the integration to "spread" from the next province to the already integrated province. But the limit is 100 years. So after 100 years a province will be integrated regardless of the situation.
The capital is always immediately and completely integrated.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
