Transmogrification (suggestion in the comment area)
I'll take most of the advice, but ultimately the choice is mine. Disclaimer: These are just simple model replacements, the light and heavy weapons look different in my videos because I used other mods.

Weapon Transmog
🎮 **Weapon Appearance Customization Mod** - Give your Elden Circle weapon a completely new look!
✨ Features
- 🔄 **Simple model replacement**: Change the appearance of weapons through file renaming
- 🎯 **Free Match**: Apply the appearance of any weapon to other weapons
- 📁 **Easy to operate**: just copy paste and rename files
🛠️ How to use
- Find the weapon appearance file you want in the parts folder
- Copy these files to another folder
- Rename the file to the target weapon ID you want to replace
**Example**:
Rename Loretta's War Scythe (WP_A_1016) to the Sword of Night and Fire (WP_A_0223), so that the model of the Sword of Night and Fire can be replaced with the appearance of the War Scythe.
💡 **IMPORTANT NOTE**: Remember to rename the corresponding _I file at the same time! Don't delete A, just rename to 1016 like other files

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
