ER Symbol Shield
✨ **Give the Scorpion Kite Shield a new look! ** This mod replaces the symbol on the Scorpion Kite's shield with the symbol of Elden's Circle.
🌟 Source of inspiration
Inspired by the shield with the Elden Circle symbol in the loading screen artwork in ERA Edition.

📥 Installation Guide
**Install using UXM:**
- Unzip the downloaded mod file
- Place the contents of the "parts" folder into the unzipped "parts" folder
**Installation using ModEngine:**
- Just like installing other mods, place the unzipped files into the "mod" folder
---
🎨 Optional files
The optional files include DDS and TPF files, which can replace the in-game icons after installation to achieve visual consistency:
**DDS file description:**
- Use UXM to decompress the game
- Use Yabber to decompress `01_common.tpf.dcx`
- Find `SB_Icon_03_A.dds` in the unzipped file and replace it with the file in the module
- Use Yabber to repackage the `01_common.tpf.dcx` folder
**TPF file description:**
Due to the large size of the file that stores the larger icons (that appear in the weapon description menu), I have only provided the edited TPF file.
💡 **Pro Tip:** You can refer to ZLOHORT’s video guide to learn how to inject TPF files without downloading the entire mod.

🎯 **Make the shields in the game more personal! ** This mod adds a unique Elden Circle element to your gear collection.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
