Spell swordsman hat with hairstyle ✨

Creative background 🎭

To be honest, I'm not a professional modder. As a mage player I was so excited when I got the Spell Swordsman Hat. However, all hope was dashed when I discovered that it came with a fabric bandana that not only hid the character's hair, but also looked weird.

So here I am, and luckily I found a mod that removes this part. But unfortunately, that mod wasn't updated and I lost a piece of the back of my fader's head.

So I decided to take matters into my own hands. To be honest, I hit the wall (literally) multiple times while doing this seemingly simple edit because I didn't know anything about it all. But when I finally made it, I decided to share it with you all! After all, I can't be the only one who loves this hat but hates the fabric part, right?

Installation instructions 📥

  • **Required Tools**: You need Mod Engine 2 installed to use this mod, which means you need to play in offline mode. I personally use this one because it includes Mod Engine 2 and Mod Loader
  • **Installation steps**: Place the provided regulation.bin file and parts folder into the mod folder (note that it is the mod folder, not the mods folder)
  • **Merge Instructions**: If you already have a regulation.bin file, I also provide a CSV file that can be merged through SmithBox. There are many tutorials on how to do it online, it's quite simple as this mod only changes a few things in regulation.bin

Author’s message 🌟

By the way, I'm slowly learning how to make small modifications to armor and helmets. I may make more stuff in the future if possible, so if you want some minor changes please let me know. Hope you have fun playing the game!

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
