- Use Yapped to open `ELDEN RING\Game\regulation.bin`
- Navigate to 'EquipParamProtector' on the left panel
- Find '130000' in the center panel
- In the right panel set the following masks to 0: 2, 3, 34, 62, 66, 67, 68, 69, 76, 78
- Save changes
