Souls Vision

Souls Vision adds a customizable overlay in the upper right corner of the screen that displays additional information about the currently locked enemy, including health, energy, stance, effect accumulation bars (such as poison and frostbite), and the type of damage most effective against that enemy (magic, fire, etc.).

Souls Vision adds a fully customizable overlay in the upper right corner of the screen (the default position) that displays details of the currently targeted enemy in real time, giving you the upper hand in battle!

🎯 Core Functions

**📊 Status bar display**

• **Health (HP)**: Current and maximum health
• **Focus Points (FP)**: Usually only shown for "player" enemies
• **Energy (Stamina)**: Enemy’s energy status
• **Stagger/Poise**: The enemy's balance state

**⚡ BEST RESULTS**

• Displays the most effective status effect on the target enemy based on the minimum value required to trigger it
• **Immune Effect**: Displays the effect of enemy immunity in gray to the right of the best effect

**🔥 Damage Type**

• Shows enemy weaknesses, resistances and neutral reactions to different damage types
• Visually display the degree of damage effect through icons
• *Neutral damage types are hidden by default and can be displayed via configuration files*

**💫 Accumulation bar**

• Real-time display of the accumulation progress of various effects:
• Poisoning, scarlet corruption, bleeding
• Miasma of death, frostbite, sleep, madness
• *Only displayed when the enemy is affected by the corresponding effect*

🎮 Highly customizable

**Drag Overlay** 🖱️

• Click and drag to move the overlay anywhere on the screen
• Need to enable the `dragOverlay` parameter in the configuration file
• *It is recommended to enter the equipment menu and other interfaces that display the mouse cursor for easier dragging*

**Fully configurable** ⚙️

• Adjustable component position, size and visibility
• The configuration file will be automatically generated when using the module for the first time
• Automatically reload after editing the configuration file

🔧 Configuration options

The main configuration parameters include:

• **`dragOverlay`**: Enable/disable drag and drop function
• **`opacity`**: Overlay transparency (0.0-1.0)
• **`bestEffects`**: Number of best effects displayed
• **`fontSize`**: Text font size
• **Component Visibility**: The display of each status bar and information can be controlled individually

This mod is especially suitable for players who want to have a deeper understanding of game mechanics and optimize combat strategies. By keeping track of enemy status information in real time, you can:

• Choose attack timing more accurately
• Target the enemy's weaknesses with appropriate weapons and spells
• Better manage your resource consumption

⚠️ Compatibility Notes

**Known incompatible mods:**

• **Elden Ring Reforged (ERR)** and **Elden Ring Tarnished Edition Overhaul (ERTE)**
• These mods remove the cooldown for effect re-apply, which may cause the accumulation bar to display inaccurately
• **Seamless Coop**
• Effect accumulation in multiplayer games may appear inconsistently between players
• **MSI Afterburner**
• May cause the game to crash when starting, it is recommended to disable its overlay function

📥 Installation method

Add the `souls_vision.dll` file to the `mods` folder of Elden Mod Loader, or any mod loader that supports DLL loading.
