Soul Edge
🎮 **My third mod, first weapon mod! **
After I released my second mod, SC Nightmare, I decided to make a companion weapon for it:
🔥 **Soul Blade** 🔥
---
✨ Version selection
I decided to provide two ways to obtain weapons:
🔸 Version 1.01A - Replacement version
- **Replaces** Starscourge Greatsword
- ⚠️ **IMPORTANT**: Please back up the original file to reuse the weapon in the future
**Installation steps:**
- Use UXM to unpack "Elden's Ring"
- Find the parts folder, unzip the module file and drag and drop to replace it
- Load the game and obtain the weapon normally or through the cheat menu
🔸 Version 1.0 - New version
- **Not replacing weapons** but adding new weapons to the game
- Use the special skill "Starcaller Cry"
**Installation information (Important! Please read carefully):**
**Tools Required:**
- YAPPED RUNE BEAR
- UXM
- Word (for viewing text files)
**Installation process:**
- Unzip the file
- Replace the file and follow the txt file instructions
- The weapon will be sold at the merchant Kale for 1000 runes.

⚠️ **Disclaimer**: I am not responsible for file overwriting due to failure to read the steps/descriptions
As my first weapon mod and my third actual mod, if you find any issues please let me know and I'll try to fix them. Recommended to join the Discord community where I got a lot of help:

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
