Easy Ring
💡 **Elden's Circle**... everyone has really mixed feelings about this game. What may be a "piece of cake" for some may be daunting and extremely uneven for others. I don't mean to judge, but we can all agree that at some point in the game the damage numbers will skyrocket. Anyway, not everyone has the time or patience to really master the gameplay, so my mods are here to help!
✨ Module function
What this mod does is simple!
By default, it reduces the damage you take, increases the damage you deal, and increases the number of runes you gain.
Please note: While this mod is intended to make Elden's Circle more accessible to a wider group of players (those who may not have the patience to try the game) (which is totally fine), I highly recommend that you try not using this mod at some point and really master the game through normal means. The final choice is yours; this mod just provides an easier "launcher".
🎮Difficulty preset
The module provides three difficulty presets for you to choose from:
- **Easy** 🟢: +25% runes gained, -25% damage taken, +25% damage dealt
- **Very Easy** 🔵: +50% runes gained, -50% damage taken, +50% damage dealt
- **Extremely Easy** 🟡: +75% runes gained, -75% damage taken, +75% damage dealt
All of the above changes apply to every **New Game+ (NG+) cycle**, maintaining the same balance as the original game. In other words, if an enemy does 100 damage with a sword strike in standard play, it gives 1000 runes on death; if it does 200 damage in NG+, it gives 2000 runes. Well, if you use the "extremely easy" version of this mod, the same enemy will only do 25 damage and grant 1750 runes in standard play, but will do 50 damage and grant 3500 runes in NG+. The same is true for NG+2 and beyond.

📥 Installation Guide
As always, there are three installation methods:
- **Recommended method**: Place the `regulation.bin` file into your **ModEngine 2** folder. This folder is usually located in the root directory of your Elden Circle (where the `.exe` file is located).
- For example: `E:\Steam\steamapps\common\ELDENRING\Game\mod`
- **Merge method**: If you have other modules installed that also use the `regulation.bin` file. In this case, you need to download **DSMapStudio** and import the `ClearCountCorrectParam.CSV` file provided in the download package into your own `regulation.bin` file.
- Check out this excellent guide by clevererraptor6.
- **Traditional method (obsolete)**: Place the `regulation.bin` file provided by my mod directly into your Eldenring main folder (where `eldenring.exe` is located).
- ⚠️ **WARNING**: If you choose this method, be sure to make a backup first! I am not responsible if you have problems with your game and/or saves due to not properly backing up your files!

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
