Replace Rakshasa set with Black Dryleaf Drip
🎮 **Give your Elden Circle character a new look! **
✨ Module function
This module replaces the appearance of the **Rakshasa Suit** in the game with the appearance of the **Dead Leaves Suit**, allowing you to enjoy an appearance choice that is more in line with your personal aesthetic while retaining the attribute gains of the Rakshasa suit!
---
🎨 Version selection
The module provides two different styles of dead leaf suit appearances:
- **Pure Black Set** - Based on Erez909's Black Dryleaf mod
- Original link: 4K Black Dryleaf Robe
- **Black Suit with Diamond Chain** - Modified the appearance file of the basic black suit
---
⚙️ Installation Guide
Due to the difference in the behavior of the Dead Leaf suit and the Rakshasa suit in terms of hiding/showing the skin, a simple adjustment is required using the Smithbox tool:
- **File Placement**
- Place the mod files into the "mod" folder read by ModEngine2
- The path should be: "mod/parts"
- **Backup Settings**
- Copy your regulation.bin file to the "mod" folder
- Or directly use the 1.12.1 version regulation.bin provided by the module
- **Smithbox Configuration**
- Open Smithbox to create a new project
- Select the "mod" folder of ModEngine2 as the regulation location
- Select the game executable file Eldenring.exe
- **Parameter editing**
- Enter "Param Editor" → "EquipParamProtector"
- Search for "Rakshasa" in the "Rows" column
- Follow the tutorial to modify the skin mask value
- Save all modified parameters
---
📋 Update log
✅ **COMPLETED**
- Replaced Rakshasa legs with Bird legs to provide an additional 5% damage bonus to kicks
⛔ **To be completed**
- Provide skin mask modifications for different versions of regulation.bin
---
💡 **Usage Suggestions**: If you are using game version 1.12.1, you can directly download and use the regulation.bin file provided by the module, eliminating the need for manual configuration!
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
