Replace your eyes and scars

🌟Module introduction

Do you hate the fact that once you let Verey dazzle you, or let Chabrili touch you in the basement, you can never regain the eyes of the dragon?

Or do you really want those wildly glowing eyes, but don’t want to suffer the emotional and physical scarring that comes with them?

Then you must follow the guidance of the Ten Fingers!

👁️ Special eye system

During any game session, your character gains access to three different special eyes, which overlay each other in a specific order:

  • **Eye of Frantic Flame** > **Eye of Bloodfinger** > **Eye of Dragon Rite**

This mod lets you basically choose which special eyes you want your character to have, no matter where you are in your game progression, or what kind of eyes you currently have. Just install the version you want and you'll get the eyes you want!

🎯 How to use

Once you've installed the version you want, you can safely uninstall the mod and keep your new eyes, meaning you can still safely play online after uninstalling the mod.

**Your options are:**

**🐉 Eye of Dragon Sacrifice**

**🩸 Eye of Blood Finger**

**🔥 Eyes of Crazy Flame**

🔄 How it works

This change is semi-permanent, meaning it won't change again unless you install a different version of this mod, or do something in-game that changes the eyes.

**Example:**

Assuming you have the Dragon Eyes and then complete Vere's quest, this will replace them with Blood Eyes. You can install the Eye of Dragon Sacrifice version to regain the Dragon Eye. If you uninstall the mod, you will still have the Dragon Eye throughout the game unless you complete the Mad Flame mission - once touched, you will lose the Dragon Eye and gain the Eye of Madness. If you still have the mod installed, you will regain the Dragon Eye after fast traveling or reloading; otherwise, you will keep the Eye of Madness until the mod is reinstalled.

💡 IMPORTANT NOTE

This is not a texture replacement mod, but rather tells the game to legally give you the eyes of your choice and is therefore compatible with mods that change the appearance of those eyes.

📥 Installation Guide

First you need to install Mod Engine 2

Then unzip the 'event' folder in your chosen option into the 'Elden Ring\Game\mod' folder.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
