Roll back all those annoying nerfs and balance adjustments to make you a true beast of Elden

Elden Ring Unnerfed

🎮 **Tired of losing all your powerful weapons, spells and builds? Want to experience the fun of those crazy early-game items before the Sledgehammer nerf arrives? This mod is just for you! **

---

✨ Overview

The Ring of Elden unnerf mod has one goal: to roll back all nerfs and negative balance adjustments to player power since the first patch, while retaining all buffs and fixes. No need to downgrade to an old client version with more bugs before the DLC, you can experience the original version of **Blood Lord** or **Sword of Night and Fire**!

💡 **Best way to understand**: This mod simply erases all downward adjustments to player power, but retains upward adjustments. So every patch only has buffs, no nerfs.

🔧 This project has rolled back most of the major, well-known nerfs since version 1.0 (only applicable to the PS4 disc version, because the original PC release was the 1.02 patch, which means a lot of super content has never been experienced on PC!), but it is not yet fully completed.

⚠️ **WARNING**: Since the buff stack is not offset by the nerf, you will become extremely powerful with this mod, and will end up with the super scaling of version 1.0 but with a base damage buff of 1.10 stacked, which is even more powerful than version 1.0. This will make the game **much easier**!

📝 **NOTE**: This mod affects player balance-related game changes and will not undo nerfs to enemies that become easier during the game's patch cycle.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
