Reaper Mod and Death Spell Rework

This mod allows you to cast spells with a scythe, and reworks the death spell to be more useful in non-PVP combat. Also added black Astrologer robes to mimic Death's robes

🔮 Spell adjustment details

**Weapon Adjustment**

• **Prince of Death Staff** - Death magic bonus increased from 10% to 30%
• **Grave Scythe → Death Scythe**
• Can now cast spells
• Provides 30% death magic bonus
• Still able to use scythe combat skills

**Spell Rework**

• **Fea Mist** - No longer applies Death Miasma, but instead reduces the enemy's magic resistance by 30%
• **Wraith Summon** - Frostbite will now be accumulated, the movement speed of skeletons will be increased by 100%, and the mana consumption will be slightly reduced.
• **Ancient Death Wraith** - Frostbite is also accumulated, the movement speed of the skeleton is increased by 100%, and the magic power consumption is slightly reduced.
• **Tibia Summon** - Changed from summoning 2 skeletons to summoning 3 skeletons, and applies Crimson Corruption
• **Explosive Ghost Fire** - Mana cost slightly reduced
• **Rakad's Wraith** - Changed from lava spell to death spell

🎭 Appearance update

• **Black Astrologer Robe** - White changed to black to create a death atmosphere
• **Black Sage Robe** - Added more Death-style clothing
• **Scythe Recolor** - Appearance more consistent with the Grim Reaper theme

💎 Talisman enhancement

• **Academy Pyroxene Amulet** - The effect is increased from 4% to 5%, and the effect is doubled for death magic.
• **Great Pyroxene Talisman** - The effect is increased from 8% to 10%, and the effect is doubled for death magic.
• **Prince of Death's Frozen Heart** - Increased by 20% when there is frostbite nearby (under development)
