⚠️ **Important reminder: Please read each step carefully and back up your save before operation! **
- **Unzip the downloaded content** to any location
- **Get archive management tool**, it is recommended to use EldenRingSaveCopier
- **Select source file** → Browse and locate the ER0000.sl2 file in the download package
- **Select Destination File** → Browse and locate your Elden Ring save file (located in %appdata%/EldenRing/yourSteamID) and select the ER0000.sl2 file
- **Copy Character**: Tool allows you to copy characters individually to the archive. If you want to keep your old character, copy the Tarnished character from the download file to an empty slot in the archive
- **Verify Installation**: Load the archive, make sure the desired character now appears as Tarnished, about 100 hours of game time
