- **Download tool** EldenRingSaveCopy.exe and run
- **Select Source File** → Browse and find the ER0000.sl2 file in the download package
- **Select target file** → Browse and locate your Elden Ring save location: `%appdata%/EldenRing/YourSteamID` and select the ER0000.sl2 file
- **Copy Character**: This tool allows you to copy characters individually into your save file. You can copy any character from the download file to any slot in the archive, as many as you want, and even create duplicate characters
- **Verify Save**: Close the tool, launch the game and confirm that the required characters have been imported correctly. If something goes wrong, exit the game immediately and restore your backup
