Updated Regbin and CSV files for Nodomi’s permanent appearance buff mod
Permanent appearance gain effect
✨ **Permanent appearance buff module updated for version 1.16 of Elden’s Circle**
🎯 Module introduction
This is an updated version of Nodomi's permanent appearance buff mod. The original mod was the perfect solution I'd been looking for, but sadly the original author seems to have given up on updating. I just want to keep this great feature working, and all credit should go to the original developer Nodomi.

🔧 Update content
The regulation.bin file was successfully updated through the SMITHBOX tool and the corresponding CSV file was exported to ensure full compatibility with game version 1.16.
⚠️ Known limitations
Since version 1.16 added Leda's armor data at lines 650010 and 650011 of the SpEffectParam.CSV file, which were originally used for the Bloodfire and Blackfire Prayer effects, these specific effects will no longer be available. However, all other appearance buffs will work fine!
📥 Installation method
**Option 1: Direct replacement**
- Download the updated regulation.bin file
-Put it into the modengine2/mods folder
**Option Two: Merge CSV Files**
- If you are using other mods that require regulation.bin
- Simply download the CSV file and merge it into your 1.16 version regulation.bin
💡 Usage suggestions
This mod gives you permanent visual buffs in Elden's Circle, so your character always looks his or her best. Remember to back up your original files so you can restore them if needed!

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
