Elden Mod Loader
🎯 Core Functions
Automatically load all .dll files located in the "mods" folder so that the mod will take effect immediately when the game starts!
⚙️ How it works
- Scan the "mods" folder in the game directory
- Automatically load all found .dll files
- Supports any mod developed using this loader framework
🔧 Requirements
**Turn off anti-cheat system**
In order for the mod loader to work properly, you must disable the game's anti-cheat features. It is recommended to use specialized tools to easily switch:
Anti-cheat switching tool
📥 Installation Guide
- Unzip the "EldenModLoader.zip" file
- Put everything into the game root directory, for example:
`G:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\ELDEN RING\Game\`
- Place your mod .dll file into the "mods" folder you created
- Start the game and the module will be loaded automatically!
🗑️ Uninstall/disable all mods
Just rename or delete the `dinput8.dll` file. You don't need to delete other mod files as they will no longer work without the loader.
🔄 Compatibility Notes
- If you install other mods that also use dinput8.dll, try putting it into the mods folder
-Coexists well in most cases
💻 Special system configuration
**If your system disk is not C drive:**
Due to technical limitations, the current version only supports users whose system disk is C drive. If you are using another system disk, you can solve the problem through the following methods:
Use a hex editor to modify the loader's .dll file, replacing all "C:\" with your system drive letter.

✨ **Usage Tips**: It is recommended to back up the save before installing new modules to ensure the best gaming experience!
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
