About this mod Machine translation
Replace your favorite hammer (or similar weapon) with Mjolnir. There is also a giant version of Mjolnir that replaces a very large hammer (or similar giant weapon).
Mjolnir replaces the Hammer by default, and the giant version of Mjolnir replaces the Giant-Crusher.
If you want them to change to a different weapon, you can rename the file, change the model ID.
