This is a regulation.bin edit mod that turns the Scepter of Omniscient and Loretta's Scythe into a weapon-catalyst hybrid capable of casting spells and attacks.

🤔 Creative background

I was originally very disappointed that the Omniscient Scepter and Loretta's Scythe weren't catalyst weapon hybrids, since both Gideon and Loretta use them to cast spells! So in a rage, I quickly mastered the basics of mod production and came up with this work.

⚔️ Loretta’s battle scythe function

• **R1 Key**: Can now cast spells
• **R2 key**: Perform normal attack
• All other actions remain unchanged

🔮 Omniscient Scepter Function

• Can cast **Magic** and **Prayer** at the same time
• **R1 key**: cast spell
• **R2 Key**: Use the stone stick to perform a rapid downward attack

📥 Installation method

• Back up the **REGULATION.BIN** file in your "Elden's Circle" game directory
• Paste this bin file into the game directory
• If you want to remove the mod, just change the file back to the original version

💡 Instructions for use

This mod does this by turning an entire weapon class into a Catalyst, while managing to add a special moveset to it. So the jumping attack still retains the overhead smashing action of the staff, but I couldn't find a way to add a heavy attack.

⚠️ **IMPORTANT NOTE**

This mod was purely made on a whim because I was annoyed with the original design and wanted to fix it. I don't know anything about incorporating other mods, and I'm not sure if I'll keep updating (modding Elden's Circle is such a pain in the ass)!
