✨ **Adds the most versatile medieval weapon ever to the Ring of Elden! **

🎯 Module introduction

The poleaxe is one of my all-time favorite medieval weapons. I always dreamed of using it in Elden's Circle...until I learned how to mod it! This mod can be used as a simple replacer, by default we will be replacing the Lucerne weapon, but in order to give players the experience of using a brand new weapon, I created a complete new configuration for the weapon.

⚔️ How to use

To use this weapon's modified properties, you need:

• Get the provided regulation.bin file from the optional downloads section
• **Set Lucerne weapons to [Heavy] attributes**

If you wish to modify your own regulation.bin file, please check the pinned comment in the comment area for detailed instructions.

🔧 Custom replacement

You can replace almost any weapon you like with this one by renaming the file:

• Find the target item in the item code library
• Copy the numeric code in the second line
• Replace the numbers in the provided file

For example, to replace the halberd weapon, change the number in the file name to 1001, the final file name should be: wp_a_1001.partsbnd.dcx

⚠️ **NOTE**: You may encounter issues when trying to replace some specific weapons (some weapons use different skeletons)

📏 Weapon characteristics

-Has exactly the same attack range as Lucerne

• Files with the _I suffix in the file name are for invaders, summons or NPCs to ensure you can see other characters using this weapon

🛠️ Installation Guide

**Weapon replacement file installation:**

• Place the provided .dcx file into the mod engine > mod > parts folder
• If the folder does not exist, create one or use the one provided in the 7z file

**Use custom properties (requires regulation.bin file):**

• Navigate to the modengine\mod directory and back up the original regulation.bin file
• Place the provided regulation.bin file in this directory
