Compatible with SotE. Rework legendary weapons, improve the loot economy, optimize item sharing and online experience, adjust weapons and amulets, reduce diminishing returns, enhance spells, etc.

The change log is based on the original regulation.bin file.

Kien's Eldon Circle Overhaul

🎮Mod Overview

This is an overhaul mod designed specifically for online players, especially those who like to create multiple characters, try out different genres, or don't have time to play multiple games over and over again. Exploration will result in a faster leveling experience with a vastly improved loot economy system.

⚡ Core improvements

• **Attribute Optimization**: The diminishing returns effect of vitality, endurance and mystery attributes are significantly reduced
• **Spellcasting Enhancement**: Spell casting requires reduced dexterity and stamina attributes.
• **Bow and Arrow Enhancement**: The growth rate of all bows and arrows is doubled, making more genres feasible in the early game.
• **Amulet Weight Reduction**: The weight of all talismans is unified to 0.25, reducing the burden of weight.

💎 Loot and Economy

• **Drop System**: Enhanced items, spells and Teardrop Larvae can now be dropped
• **Sale value**: The selling price of unpurchasable weapons has been greatly increased, legendary weapons are 100,000-30,000, rare/common weapons are 20,000-15,000
• **Unique War Gray**: Weapons with more than 80% identical War Gray now have more unique War Gray effects

🗡️ Weapons and Equipment

• **Legendary Weapons**: Legendary weapons feel more "legendary", and some rare weapons are upgraded to legendary quality
• **talisman adjustments**: underperforming talismans have their effects increased or their penalties reduced (but not completely removed)
• **Armor Passive**: Certain armor sets gain passive effects that match the theme, such as the Knight of Calia having the Spell Swordsman passive
• **Weapon Attributes**: Weapon attributes now provide additional effects, such as Fire Arts empowering Fire Ashes

🔮 Spell System

• **Universal Spellcasting**: All spells can be cast via sigils or wands, with professional bonuses becoming the main consideration in selection
• **Grand Rune Enhancements**: All Greater Runes have been enhanced to specifically support different play styles or player goals.

🎯 Design Concept

The goal of this mod is to provide more convenience, rather than simply making the game easier. While some changes will make the game less frustrating, such as reducing the need to grind souls or worrying about specific attributes, the core experience remains challenging.
