- **Blue** - Calm and deep
- **Purple** - Gorgeous and mysterious
⚠️ Important reminder
**Please turn off ray tracing! ** Turning on ray tracing when using this type of mod that modifies the model will cause the game to crash! This issue cannot be fixed as what needs to be changed is either the ray tracing itself or the tools used by us modders.
📸 **Screenshot description**: I used REVENANT ReShade and 4K texture improvement module, the screenshot effect may be different from your actual game.
🎮 Module usage skills
✨ **This mod can be installed while the game is running**, no need to exit the game! Just set the game to **borderless window mode**, install the mod normally, and equip the modified armor in the game.
If you are already wearing the affected armor, simply remove it and re-equip it to see the change. If you don't see a change, remove the armor, exit all menus (including the "pause" menu with the emoticon on the right), and re-equip the armor. Going to the **Blessing Point** may also work.
👥 Multiplayer display settings
Want recolor effects to appear on **Partners, NPCs and Simulated Teardrops**? There are many files named **DCX** in the **parts** folder. Just copy and add "_l" (underscore and lowercase L) directly before the period in the DCX file name. For example, change **am_m_1270.partsbnd** to **am_m_1270_l.partsbnd**. Do this for each armor piece (**am = gauntlets, bd = breastplate, hd = helmet, lg = leggings**).
📥 Installation method
UXM installation
- Follow the UXM Selective Unpacker instructions to unpack the parts folder.
- Unzip this module to a location of choice
- Place the "parts" content into the folder with the same name created by UXM
- Use UXM Selective Unpacker to patch the game
Mod Engine 2 [Recommended]
- Download Mod Engine 2 and place it anywhere
- Make sure there is a "parts" folder in the "mod" folder of Mod Engine 2
- Extract this module to the location of your choice
- Place the "parts" content into a folder with the same name inside the "mod" folder
- Use Batch File launchmod_eldenring to launch Elden ring
🗑️ Uninstall method
Simply delete the DCX file in the parts folder, or the entire parts folder if this is the only mod you have installed that uses that folder. Make sure the game is not doing this while running, otherwise the armor will not be visible.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
