SteelStar - Big Star Hammer Replacer
✨ A visual replacement mod for the Great Star Hammer. When we first found these weapons, everyone must have hoped to have an intact version!
🎨 Appearance improvements
- Replace rusty textures with clean and shiny steel textures
- New color design designed to match shiny cold-toned metal armor such as Gmir, Cuckoo, and Original Knight armor
- Reshaped the two smaller striking heads into a barbed cylindrical blunt
- Bend one of the straight spines on the pommel to match the other spines
🔧 Technical details
- Replaced the unsightly brown overlay in the original texture with the Morning Star Hammer texture
- The texture of the blunt weapon was re-textured from scratch as the original material was too messy to recolor directly
📥 Installation instructions
- Unzip the downloaded .rar file
- The file contains a "parts" folder, which contains the .dcx file of the module.
- Place the "parts" folder into the "mod" folder of Mod Engine 2
- If you already have the "parts" folder of other modules, you can also directly put the .dcx file into it.
---
- Give your Star Hammer a new look and shine like steel on the battlefield! *
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
