Dark Souls II - Blue Moon and Moonlight Greatsword

✨ **Classic weapons from Dark Souls II are now available in Elden's Circle! **

Module Features

  • 🗡️ **Blue Moon Great Sword** - Replaces the great sword in the game
  • 🌙 **Moonlight Greatsword** - Replaces the Darkmoon Greatsword in the game

Weapon introduction

The Blue Moon Greatsword and Moonlight Greatsword from Dark Souls II are my favorite moonlight weapons in the entire Souls series (except for the Bloodborne version, which I have other plans for), so I ported them to Elden's Circle. Very happy with the final result!

Notes

⚠️ **Important Reminder**: This mod does not modify the special effects of the Darkmoon Greatsword in Elden's Circle in any way. When using combat skills, the weapon will still maintain its original ice blue effect. However, the mod may be updated to include color effects in the future once I learn more about it.

Installation Guide

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
