🔧 Technical details
The regulation.bin file was professionally merged using Smithbox tools:
- First merge the Goblin map module
- Then add the latest version of the detailed item description
- Finally integrated the big rune remake module

A file conflict between the goblin map and detailed item description was discovered during processing:
- item.msgbnd.dcx
- item_dlc01.msgbnd.dcx
- item_dlc02.msgbnd.dcx
By using existing merged mod files, these conflicts were successfully resolved, ensuring all functionality works properly.
