In order to display the body shape correctly, you need to merge the CSV files. You can follow this tutorial.
Although Zosab70 will eventually merge the CSV into the solo body regulation.bin file, until then you can merge it yourself using the CSV file in the zip package. Without merging, the body shape will not be displayed properly.
