🛍️ Module Introduction

Welcome to the finger shop! This mod turns Two Fingers in the Round Table Hall into a fully functional store.

🔧 Technical implementation

Behind the scenes, this mod uses a Fader NPC wearing stealth gear, gives that NPC shop functionality, and places it inside the finger so that it functionally looks like the two fingers themselves are anchors for the dialogue script.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE

This mod's shop **doesn't** come with any items! This mod is specifically designed for other modders to add items to.

📝 How to use

To use this resource, you just need to add ShopLineupParam rows in Smithbox with IDs ranging from 1001001 to 1002000.

🎁 Extended version

I've also provided an "extended version" included in an optional file. This expanded version contains 5 menu categories, each with multiple subcategories, just like the twin crone shops. If 1000 item slots aren't enough for you, this version is for you - offering a total of 39,000 item slots.

🙏 Special thanks

Special thanks to PositronCannon (PC) for the excellent guide on how to create a custom store. Without this guide, this mod resource would not be possible.

If you want to try making your own version or modify this mod, I highly recommend reading this guide.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
