🛠️ Manual production tutorial
If you want to customize the animation speed, you can follow these steps:
- **Unpack game files** (optional, for ERR version)
- Open the file using DS Animation Studio compatible with the current version of Elden's Ring:
`ERRv1.2.8(latest version)\mod\chr\c0000.anibnd.dcx`
- If it has been unpacked, please check the "Unpacked" option
- Select the first character model (or any model)
- Modify the AnimSpeedGradient values of the three files shown in the picture (these files already exist in ERR)
- Or create these files for the original game: Ctrl+right-click to select the frame and change the action type to AnimSpeedGradient
- Click Save
**Alternative**: Use the WitchyBND tool to unpack and repack specific edited animation files (assuming they haven't been changed in the latest update)

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
