Thanks to Wondercat, harukaay and other friends for your valuable advice, without your help I would have given up on this project long ago!
📥 Installation method
**Method 1: The easiest way**
- Download regulation file version
- Unzip and put the regulation.bin file into your modengine
**Method 2: Merge into existing regulation file**
- Download and install Yapped-Rune-Bear tool
- Download the csv file version of colored blood or red blood, unzip and copy the .csv file to the.../Yapped-Rune-Bear/Projects/ExampleMod/CSV/ER folder (please create it yourself if there is no such folder)
- Copy your regulation.bin file to the .../Yapped-Rune-Bear directory
- Open the file using Yapped-Rune-Bear.exe
- Find and click "DecalParam" on the left, press F11 and select "Yes"
- The prompt "DecalParam data import completed!" appears, indicating that the merge is successful.
- Save the file and copy it back to your mod engine

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
