Enemy Drops Overhaul
🎯 Core Functions
This mod is designed to allow players to enjoy the game without deliberately mining or collecting forge stones quickly! We carefully analyzed each enemy and its variants and carefully designed a drop system that fits the game context. After installation, you just need to play normally and go where you want to go, and many enemies will naturally drop forged stones, bringing a more natural, enjoyable and truly free open world experience!
⚔️ Optional extras
- **Rune Drop** (Recommended): Creatures that originally did not drop goodies now have a chance to drop consumable runes, and the rune levels have been carefully balanced
- **Material Drops** (Recommended): Make enemies and animals drop more materials, multiplier options included in CSV file
- **REDUCED STONE PICKUP**: Increases the rarity of stones in open world areas, further reducing the rush to collect upgrade materials
- **Stone drop multiplier** (CSV only): Provides multiple drop multiplier options such as 1x, 1.5x, 2x, 3x and 5x
- **One-time equipment drop** (recommended): Weapons and armor dropped by ordinary enemies are dropped once to avoid inventory clutter.
- **First Gear Drop** (CSV only): Enemies are guaranteed to drop their weapons and armor until you pick them up
🌟 Improved game experience
Now there's real motivation to fight open world enemies! You'll want to think twice before riding through all your enemies, as they may drop important loot. Stronger enemies like Knights are guaranteed to drop on first kill, incentivizing you to fight them at least once.
🛠️ Installation instructions
Download any option (except the CSV option) and unzip the rar file. Find the regulation.bin file, go to your Elden RING folder (usually in ProgramFiles/Steam/steamapps/common/ELDEN RING/Game), back up the current regulation.bin file, and then put the downloaded regulation.bin into the Game folder. Users using Mod Engine 2 simply place the regulation.bin file into the "mod" folder.
💡 Usage suggestions
Use it with the Upgrade Weapons At Grace mod for non-stop open world fun! Just place the regulation.bin file in the same "mod" folder.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
