Complete replacement for Torret's dire wolf mount

Direwolf Mount

🐺 **It’s finally here! Complete Dire Wolf Mount Replacement Mod** 🐺

🎬 Demo video

YouTube demo video

🎮 Features

This dire wolf can perform all of Torret's moves, including:

  • **Double Jump** ✨
  • **Use the Fountain of Souls** 🌊
  • **All basic mount functions** 🏇

⚠️ Notes

Transferring Torret's animation to a wolf might feel a little...weird. Some animations were completely inappropriate and have been removed. But I'm happy with the end result! 😊

📥 Installation Guide

Step 1: Install Mod Engine 2

  • Download Mod Engine 2 from here:
  • Click Assets and download the .zip file at the top
  • Extract the contents of the .zip file to your computer

Step 2: Install the module

  • Download this module and extract the contents of the zip file to the "mod" folder in the same directory as "modengine2_launcher.exe"
  • Click launchmod_eldenring.bat to start the game

🔧 Optional settings: Regulation.bin modification

There's only one change, but it's very important - it loads all the wolf sound effects:

  • Modify it yourself in DSMapStudio
  • NPC_Param: Line 80000000: Field "SoundAddBankID": changed to 3170

**Enjoy the new experience of exploring the Junction on a Dire Wolf! ** 🌙🐺

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
