CSV file merge tool (available version)

by ChouMein·v2.2·Updated 2025-11-05

When multiple mods modify the same .csv file, you can't use them at the same time, even if they don't actually conflict. I stubbornly refuse to compromise, so I made this app so I don't miss any modding content. Instructions are in the description and application. Enjoy!

CSV file merge tool

✨ **The Ultimate Solution to Module Conflicts** ✨

🎯 Function introduction

Sometimes different mods modify the same CSV file, and even though they don't actually conflict, you can't use them at the same time. This tool was created to solve this problem!

---

📋 Steps to use

**Step 1** 📁

Extract the CSV file from the first mod you want to merge and add it to a folder called "MODDED_CSV_A"

**Step 2** 📁

Extract the CSV file from the second mod you want to merge and add it to a folder called "MODDED_CSV_B"

**Step 3** ⚡

Run the application and click the "Merge" button

**Step 4** 🔄

When a conflict is found, a window will pop up asking if you want to keep the parameter lines from MOD A, MOD B, or the original game parameters. Choose your preferred option

**Step 5** ✅

When the message that says "Your merge is complete!" pops up, press the "Close" button

**Step 6** 🎮

Get the newly merged CSV file and use YAPPED to import it into a clean regulation.bin file

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
