Brass Shield Recolors
🎨 Four exquisite colors
4 different styles of brass shield recolored versions are prepared for you! ✨
- **Black** - Deep and mysterious dark style
- **Silver** - cool and elegant metallic texture
- **Gold** - Luxurious and sparkling aristocratic atmosphere
- **Slate Grey** - Low-key and calm modern feel
All textures are upgraded to 4K resolution using **Gigapixel AI** technology, making the shield textures clearer and sharper than Photoshop's traditional enlargement method!

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE
**Screenshot Notes**: I used the following mods and settings when making the screenshots, so your game may look different:
- REVENANT ReShade (Lush version, personal adjustments)
- 4K texture improvement module
**ONLINE PLAY WARNING**: **DO NOT** try to play online when using any mods, otherwise you will be banned! It is recommended to download anti-cheat switcher and offline launcher to bypass EAC.

🎮 Usage tips
**This mod can be installed while the game is running**, no need to exit the game!
- Set the game to **borderless window mode**
- Cut out the game and install the module normally
- Return to the game and equip the modified shield
If the affected shield is already equipped:
- Just **dismount** and **re-equip** to see the changes
- If you still don't see changes: Remove shield → **Exit all menus** (including the pause menu with emoticons on the right) → Re-equip shield
- Teleporting to **Blessing Point** may also take effect
**Make recoloring appear on partners, NPCs and clone teardrops**:
- Find the DCX file in the parts folder
- Copy the file and add "_l" (underscore and lowercase L) before the period in the file name
- For example: `wp_a_2203.partsbnd` → `wp_a_2203_l.partsbnd`
---
📥 Installation method

Just delete the DCX file in the parts folder, or the entire parts folder if this is the only mod you have installed that uses that folder. **Make sure to do this while the game is not running** otherwise the shield will become invisible.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
