📥 Installation Guide

**Install ReShade**

• Download the ReShade installation program from the ReShade official website
• Run the installer and select "Click here to select a game and manage its ReShade installation"
• Wait for the .exe list to populate, or use the "Browse" button in the lower right corner to find Elden Ring.exe manually
• Click "Direct3D 10/11/12"
• Select only "SweetFX by CeeJay.dk" and "Legacy standard effects" from the pop-up list
• Click "Select All" in each pop-up window to make sure all effects are checked, then click "OK"
• Alternatively, follow the YouTube tutorial to install

**Install Blazing ReShade Preset**

• By downloading "Blazing ReShade - Golden Tree Edition"
• Unzip the file to your game folder (the same location as Elden Ring.exe), and overwrite it if prompted.
• Launch the game, if ReShade is installed correctly, you will see a notification in the upper left corner of the screen
• When ReShade prompts that loading is successful, use Shift+F2 or Home key to open the configuration menu
• Under the "Home", "Settings", "Statistics" tabs, click the "" arrow next to the bar and make sure "Blazing ReShade - Golden Tree Edition" is selected from the drop-down menu
• Adjust the in-game brightness settings according to your preferences. It is recommended to go to the dark areas in the game and adjust accordingly.
• Use the Scroll-Lock key on the keyboard to toggle the ReShade switch. This hotkey can be adjusted by configuring the overlay.

🎯 **Monitor Calibration**: Your modding experience will vary depending on your monitor. It is highly recommended to take the time to calibrate your monitor's color and gamma settings using the Lagom LCD test website.

🌟 This is a time-consuming manual process, but correct calibration will comprehensively improve your gaming and media consumption experience. If you purchase an expensive, high-quality monitor, take the time to get the most out of your investment.
