Axe-Hammer-Flail Powerstance stagger buff
🪓 Function Overview
This mod simply and directly improves the stiffness of powerful stance attacks with axes, hammers, and flails! Increased the second hit value of all single swing attacks from "no hit" to "short hit", with the exception of the last hit of the normal L1 combo and the second hit of the jump L1 - they gained the "long hit" effect.
⚔️ Design Concept
This adjustment makes more sense since these weapon types are overall heavier than straight swords, curved swords, rapiers, and katana swords. This is not only logical, but also makes this powerful posture action group closer to the powerful postures of other weapons in actual combat effects.
🎯 Actual combat effect
While this tweak won't solve all the problems, it at least brings this moveset back from the brink of being almost unusable, giving it some real use outside of dealing with minions like soldiers and exiles!
📥 Installation instructions

💡 **Usage Suggestions**: Now you can use the powerful stance of ax, hammer and flail more confidently, especially when dealing with enemies that need to interrupt the action!
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
