Better Poise
🛡️ Features
Reduces the resilience damage of all enemy attacks in the game by 2.5x (main file), or by 1.5x if you select an alternative file.
Most enemy attacks fall into two toughness categories: dealing 50 or 100 points of toughness damage. This means you need 51 toughness points to withstand one attack, and 101 toughness points to withstand two light attacks or one heavy attack. This mod reduces these critical points to 21 and 41 toughness points respectively. Alternative files dropped to 33 and 66 points respectively.
⚔️ Actual effect
Take the Kalia Knight set, for example, which provides 26 toughness points. The suit can now withstand an attack without interrupting the action. The Bullhead suit also feels like a great value right now, and it's hard to break your toughness while wearing it.
**NOTE**: This modification only applies to non-NPC enemies. Scripted invaders and hostile NPCs still retain their original resilience damage.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
