EasyDeliveryCoLanCoop
LAN co-op mod for Easy Delivery Co (BepInEx 5).
Fork of ARMADA2025AA11's mod — adapted for the latest game version.
Features
- Host/Client LAN networking over UDP
- Player/car/cargo synchronization
- Save and money sync (host-authoritative)
- Vehicle SFX sync (horn, skid/tire, impact)
- Optional auto-discovery of host on local network
- Runs in background when unfocused
Install (manual)
- Install BepInEx 5 into the game folder.
- Place EasyDeliveryCoLanCoop.dll into:
- BepInEx/plugins/EasyDeliveryCoLanCoop/
Launch options
- --lancoop-server or --lancoop-host
- --lancoop-client
- --lancoop-off
Config
Config file:
- BepInEx/config/EasyDeliveryCoLanCoop.cfg
Important options:
- Mode: Off / Host / Client
- Port, HostAddress
- CarSoundSyncMode: All / HornOnly

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- Most mods rely on the game's mod loader — the usual route is a community mod manager (such as r2modman): pick this game, install, and it handles the loader and dependencies.
- For a manual install, put the mod files into the matching Mod / plugins folder inside the game directory.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; mods with listed dependencies need those installed as well.
Install locations vary a lot between mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
