Deploy 40 orbital collectors on a gas giant with one click
Overview
- On a gas giant, a Deploy Orbital Collectors button appears to the left of the vanilla "Manual Collecting Resources on Gas Giant" button.
- One click builds 40 orbital collectors evenly spaced on the equator, all snapped to the building grid.
- The equator of a gas giant has 400 grid points; a collector is placed on every 10th one.
- 40 is the maximum the vanilla spacing rule allows on the equator.
- Collectors are finished instantly; you don't need to fly around the planet.
- Collectors already on the right grid points are kept as they are. Off-grid collectors (and unfinished ones) are removed and rebuilt; they and the items stored in them go back to your inventory.
- Clicking again once all 40 are in place does nothing.
- Building and removal use the game's own functions, the same ones used for normal construction and dismantling.
When nothing is deployed
- Not enough orbital collectors: you need 40 minus the ones kept, counting both your inventory and the collectors that will be removed. If you don't have enough, a tip is shown and nothing changes.
- More than 40 collectors on the planet (for example, another mod lifted the limit): nothing is deployed.
- The planet can't power collectors: same check as placing one by hand.
Inventory space
- Normally the deployment happens right away, without any confirmation.
- Only if your inventory can't hold everything the removal returns, a dialog lists the items that would be dropped and asks whether to continue.
Whole galaxy (optional, off by default)
- Turn on EnableGalaxyDeploy to get a second button, Deploy in Whole Galaxy, between the two buttons above.
- It does the same thing on every gas giant in the galaxy, including ones you have never visited, without flying there.
- A summary is always shown first: how many gas giants, how many collectors will be built and removed, which planets are skipped, and any items that would drop.
- If you don't have enough collectors for all of them, nothing is deployed.
Config
- BepInEx/config/com.yummi.dsp.collectordeployer.cfg, or the r2modman Config editor
- EnableGalaxyDeploy: false (default) or true. Shows the whole-galaxy button.
Language
- The button and messages are in Chinese when the game language is Chinese, and in English otherwise.
Notes
- Multiplayer is untested.

Chinese description
Deploy 40 orbital collectors on the gas giant with one click
Keywords: One-click deployment, one-click construction
Function description
- On gas giants, a one-click deployment orbital collector button will appear to the left of the original "Manual Mining of Gas Giant Materials" button.
- One click to build 40 orbital collectors evenly on the equator in a grid.
- There are a total of 400 grid points around the equator of the gas giant, one every 10 grids.
- 40 is the upper limit that can be placed on the equator under the original spacing rules.
- Completed immediately, no need to fly around the planet.
- The collectors that are already on the correct grid point will be retained as they are; those that are not on the grid point (and unfinished ones) will be dismantled and rebuilt, and the collectors and the items stored in them will be returned to the backpack.
- Clicking when all 40 are in place will not cause any changes.
- Both construction and demolition call the game's own functions, which is consistent with the normal construction and demolition process.
Not deploying
- Insufficient orbital collectors: the required quantity is 40 minus the quantity retained, including those in the backpack and those returned after disassembly. If it is not enough, you will be prompted and no changes will be made.
- There are already more than 40 orbital harvesters on the planet (e.g. other mods have loosened the restrictions): do not deploy.

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
