About this mod Machine translation
BuildingMoreDense
You can build the miners, splitters, water pumps and other buildings more dense, by decresing the collide boxes when building.
The mod already support these mods: SmelterMiner, AdvancedMiner
In addition, you can add more buildings in config files, to decrease their collide boxes, which allows you to build them more densely. Any other mods which create new buildings can be supported, after you added the new IDs into the config file.
Installation
- Install BepInEx.
- Install LDBTool.
- Drag BuildingMoreDense.dll into "Dyson Sphere Program/BepInEx/plugins/"
Changelog
v1.0.4: Modify more collider properties. Thanks to Raptor.
v1.0.3: Now you can set a second Building Group in which the buildings' collision box can be set different from the default group in the lower version. Besides, the buildings in this group will be more easy to select. Mining machines are in this group by default. 0.3 is the default Group2Ratio.
Known issue: the 2nd&3rd form splitter (switching by tab) cannot be densely built.
denser construction
By reducing the collision volume when building, you can build mining machines, four-way diverters, pumps, etc. more densely.
This mod already supports: SmelterMiner, AdvancedMiner
In addition, by modifying the config configuration file, you can freely add building IDs to reduce their construction collision volume, so that more types of buildings can be closer to each other. Items created by any other mod can have support added this way.
Install
- Install BepInEx framework.
- Install LDBTool.
- Place BuildingMoreDense.dll into the "Dyson Sphere Program/BepInEx/plugins/" folder

v1.0.4: Modify more collision properties, thanks to Raptor for his help.
v1.0.3: You can now set a second group of buildings to have different collision volume coefficients than the default first group of buildings in older versions. And buildings in this group will be easier to select. Mining machines are placed in this group of buildings by default. 0.3 is the default scale for this second group.
Known issue: The two four-way splitters cannot be built denser after using tab switching.
Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
