BetterWarningIcons Mod
This mod enhances the in-game warning icons, by adding new icons, modifying logic for existing icons, etc.
How to use this mod
- Install the mod, and reboot the game.
- (Optional) Modify configs using the mod manager or directly in the BepInEx\config\dev.raptor.dsp.BetterWarningIcons.cfg file
Warnings Added / Modified
Insufficient Input Warning
This icon is used to indicate when the recipe is set and the building does not have sufficient inputs to work.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Ensure you also enable the warning mask for the icon in settings as it is a new warning icon
Vein Depletion Warning
You can use the config to specify:
- Uses Total Vein Amount: whether the vein depletion amount should use the "Total Vein Amount" covered by the miner instead of the default "Minimum Vein Amount" used by the vanilla game logic
(Default: true)
- Vein Amount Threshold: the value at or below which the warning will be triggered
(Default: 1000)

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
