About this mod Machine translation
Provides Dante with a Neo Dante costume and DmC weapons.
Here is a list of things I changed.
Dante's appearance
- His costume and hair now resemble the new Dent's appearance. Awakening Dante's hair was replaced with Post-M20 DmC Dante. (Hair and skin tone match DMC5 Dante colors.)
- His BP hair was replaced with DmC Vergil's hair.
His EX costume only changes the outfit and keeps his hairstyle the same.
In DT, Dante channeled his inner demon and completely transformed into Donte.
Dante's weapons
- All his swords have been replaced by DmC Rebellion.
- Sword formations replaced by DmC Vergil's Sword Illusions.
Ebony and Ivory are replaced by their DmC counterparts.
- Coyote-A is replaced by Revenant.
- The Faust Hat was replaced by DmC Vergil's Hat.
- Balrog was replaced by Eryx.
Comment
- The DmC Rebellion lighting design in this mode is different from my previous DmC Rebellion port.
- Eryx will only appear during heavy attacks (almost all strike modes except jab will move).
- I wanted to move the VergilMobile to the Cavaliere, but I couldn't connect them together and have them sit properly on Dante's hand in buzzsaw mode at the same time, so I gave up on the idea.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
