1.6 times/2 times/2.4 times the character movement speed
1.6倍/2倍/2.4倍人物移动速度
About this mod Machine translation
Why make this MOD?
The original character movement speed is too slow. If it is not changed, too much time will be wasted running.
MOD effect
Character running speed increased from 3.75 to 6 (1.6x version), 7.5 (2x version), 9 (2.4x version)
How to use
Download pak files for either speed version
Place it under My Documents\Larian Studios\Divinity Original Sin 2\Mods or under the Data folder in the game root directory. If there is no folder, create it yourself.
Open the game, select this mod in the game's mod options and confirm
Tips
Genuine available
There is basically no need to update this mod for future upgrade files. It is applicable to all versions and does not affect the upgrade files.
Change log
9/18 - Reduce file size to 2.5M
9/23 - v3.0.143.324 game files have changed and are based on the latest game files.
9/28 - The upper limit of stackable items is increased to 99999
10/7 - The game files related to the v3.0.146.599 upgrade file are updated. For the future compatibility of the game, the 1.6x speed is separately produced and packed into pak files. There is almost no need to update in the future. Students who have used the previous non-pak version of the mod should not forget to delete the Data\Public\Shared\RootTemplates\_merged.lsf file in the game root directory, otherwise some upgrade effects of v3.0.146.599 and later will be overwritten by this file.
10/11 - Updated 2x speed and 2.4x speed versions for selection
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
