Every time the game starts, the .bhd file in the game directory must be decrypted, which takes quite a while. Fortunately, if you decrypt and replace the files yourself, it will load them directly, which is what this tool does.
I recommend using NoLogo Mod for maximum speed.
Install
Place BootBoost.exe into the game directory, usually "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\DARK SOULS III\Game"
run.
uninstall
Restore original files from "BootBoost Backup" folder.

- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
